Koroite Matrix Boulder Opal - 14,66ct
This gemstone is a natural 22x17x4mm, Koroit matrix boulder opal with sparkling green and blue opal veins. The stone has only been polished on the front side, inclusions of sand make polishing difficult and on one spot on the edge there is a sand pocket as an indentation, which is normal for these stones and can also happen quite often. The spot was not cut away but left as it naturally occurs. The gemstone was mined in Queensland, Australia and has a final weight of 14.66ct. This coroite matrix boulder opal is completely untreated; no treatment of any kind has been done. The item is sold as seen in the picture.
