One of the absolute highlights in my shop. Very rarely does one have the opportunity to offer such a large and colourful raw opal from Ethiopia!
from Ethiopia! Years ago, the Ethiopian government strongly regulated the export of these stones in their raw state.
and therefore this stone in this quality is an absolute rarity, a unique collector's stone.
This rough stone is not suitable to be cut. If the opal dries out, cracks appear or it breaks into no pieces and loses its transparency and colour.
The stone is shown in WET condition!
Always keep this stone in a WET condition!
